In the lead up to World Aids Day, members of the Association of Media Practitioners Seychelles have today met with the Chief Executive Officer of the National Aids Council of Seychelles. AMPS members coming from 5 different media houses followed a presentation by Dr Anne Gabriel on the current status of HIV/Aids in Seychelles.It was an opportunity for AMPS members to identify the things they can do as journalists to help in HIV/Aids prevention.The Association hopes to organise a training in collaboration with NAC in the 2015, in the hope of educating journalists on HIV/Aids and how to report on it.
