Alliance for Solidarity for the Family (ASFF) conducted a session on sexual reproductive education at CEPS’ conference room at Orion mall on Friday 4th September. The session focused on a series of presentations on sexual reproductive health and STIs, men’s health in Seychelles, knowledge on HIV and AIDS, and the diversity of sexual practices and pleasures. Topics of discussion involved the different type of STDs that currently exist, how STDs can affect someone’s health and how to better protect ourselves from STDs. Furthermore, subjects such as underage pregnancy and the importance of practicing safe sex were also discussed. Various NGOs were present at the session which they found to be enriching.
