The general aim of the Forum is to promote international encounters between leaders, and to bring together once a year ‘Women Leaders’ or aspiring leaders to discuss the challenges of female leadership on the African continent. This original concept of Ascension Groupe partnered with the (CEPS) since its conception albeit as ‘’Femmes de Bon Coeur’’. The first edition of this Victoria forum took place in the Seychelles in 2018, and the Seychelles was chosen as an ideal case study. Since 2018, the forum has been held annually in various countries on the African continent with Seychelles and CEPS hosting it for three occasions. Board members and in particular the Ladies have always represented CEPS. It is expected that the 10th edition will return to Seychelles in 2026.
