Did you know that land degradation on the slopes on Praslin has severe consequences to the communities especially those living on low-lying areas? The streams from La Hauteur feeds water to the farmers at Cap Samy. By replanting trees, TRASS hopes to encourage water absorption by the soil and vegetation which in turn will bring the rivers back to its original function.
