As part of an exercise to review the Associations Act of Seychelles, the Credentials Committee (CC) of CEPS held a session today where members of CEPS were able to put forward their contributions.
The discussion was led by lawyer Angelique Pouponeau, who guided members present on the content of the law. From the discussions held the group managed to put forward ideas with the hope that they get incorporated in the law that is set to be revised in the coming months.
The proposal will be put to the CEPS Board and in turn be submitted to the Office of the Registrar.
